Zoomorphic Apotheosis of the Green Lion.

 

The alchemical Green Lion devours the Sun.

My interpretation of this enigmatic emblem goes:
green consciousness of earthen libido tries to digest the 

higher meaning and Energy of the symbolic Sun; but, being green, 

it makes a meal of it, spilling the Holy Blood down to earth, 

where it seeds as the immanent Spirit divine, made manifest 
in the prism of life in diversity, and begins the alchemical
journey back into the Cloud of Heaven, water into Wine!
The up-pointing tail indicates the way home to the completion 
of the circulatory process of alchemical diStillation,

which extracts metallic Essence from earthly experience.

Green Lion-Man catches the inner Sun,

hidden Light of the ancient Metatron;

metallic Green photosynthesization,

all colours unfolding in the New Mind.

Osiris into Ra, Pan panning for Gold,

Alien metallization of a Sol like Soul.

Earth is a Prism for our coloration,

growing and forging eternal Salvation!

Earthen Green-Sun of StarDust fallen,

facilitates an ontological evolution;

 by way of apotheosis, ground to GrOunD,

dematerialization into the Ninth Cloud!

Adam's Apple, libido at the gates of dawn,

hypnagogic Dreamer returns to Heaven!

Id energy, ego consciousness, fiery Alien,

metallic Green Foetus of Solarization.
